The school day for lower primary was held on 28th July ’11 (Thursday). The chief guest for the occasion was P. Sudha, Principal of Sushil Hari International School. The program started with the English action song which highlighted the importance of magical words whose enormous power get us what we want.
It was followed by the Hindi action song which stressed on the need to keep the earth green. It emphasised the proverb ‘Live and let live’. The Hindi action song was followed by the English play by the students of class I conveying the message that ‘Where there is a will, there is a way’. The hero of the play, Chameleon learns the art of changing colours and succeeds in his mission. The Tamil action song depicted the importance of time which is precious as it cannot be got back. It re iterated the Proverb ‘Time and tide wait for none’
The last program was the II STD Eng play which had various characters from fairy tales. It conveyed the message that good will triumph over the evil and that everyone will live happily ever after.The highlight of the day was the fact that all the students from classes I – II were given an opportunity to showcase their talent.
