Gokulashtami
The celebration for Krishna Jayanthi took place in the KG Block with usual pomp and glory on 18th August 2009. The idol of Lord Krishna was decorated with flowers. The KG Block had a festive look with thoranam, maa kolam and Krishna’s foot prints. The KG Children enthusiastically sang Bhajan’s on Lord Krishna.
The children of classes I & II sang songs in praise of Lord Krishna. The rendering of these songs proved not only to be melodious, but also divine to the ears. After this, Mrs. Rekha narrated the story of Lord Krishna in a very captivating manner. Subsequently the story was unfolded by way of a PPT prepared by Mrs. Rekha. The celebration ended with ‘seedai’ distribution much to the delight of all the children.

On 24th of December 2009 about sixty alumni members, teachers and support staff, congregated at the school campus for a re- union. Students as early as the 1988 batch revisited their alma mater to connect with their juniors, teachers and support staff of the school.
