Computer Awareness Programme- 15.06.09 to 30.06.09
A computer awareness programme was organized for the new teachers of Bala Vidya Mandir & BVM Global. Some of the senior teachers who wanted to refresh their computer knowledge also joined the programme. With eighteen enthusiastic teachers the programme began on 15th June 2009 and came to an end on 30th June 2009. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Internet essentials were taught to the participants. Teachers found the programme very interesting and highly useful.Mr. Rathinavel, assisted by Mr. Raja & Ms. P. Lakshmi Priya, conducted the classes and clarified all the doubts raised by the teachers with great interest.
On 24th of December 2009 about sixty alumni members, teachers and support staff, congregated at the school campus for a re- union. Students as early as the 1988 batch revisited their alma mater to connect with their juniors, teachers and support staff of the school.
